Bible 4A Personal Faith in Christ Our Greatest Need

     “For the law of the Spirit of (and) Life in Christ Jesus, hath made me free from the law of sin and death . . . . For what the Law could not do, in that (because) it was weak through the flesh, God sending His Own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and in exchange for sin, condemned sin in the flesh . . . .

That the righteousness of the Law (character of God) might be filled full in us, who walk (live) not after (by) the flesh, but after (by) the Spirit !”     Romans 8:2-4

     The thought that the righteousness of Christ is imputed to us, not because of any merit on our part, but as a free gift from God, is a precious thought . . . . The enemy of God and man is not willing that this Truth should be clearly presented; for he knows that if the people receive it fully, his power will be broken.

To Believe in Him ?

We are to acknowledge His grace as made known through the holy men of old; but that which will be most effectual is the testimony of our own experience. We are witnesses for God as we reveal in ourselves the working of a power that is Divine.”
